Windows 10 Preview Build 17128 In today’s announcement, the company says, “We’re just now beginning the phase of checking in final code to prepare for the final release. Hold down the Shift key and drag a folder or file to the Recycle Bin. You’ll notice the file has a yellow alert with the word Delete pop up.
